My early career in Construction (18 years on the tools) literally taught me what is truly important if you want to achieve reliable results in safety and project delivery whilst making and accruing profit. The latter half of my professional career has been delivering and maintaining high-profile, high-risk projects. I have a unique ability to identify construction delivery team issues and barriers. I work through them resolving significant issues. This allows me to create and forge teams that are successful, safe, and fun to be part of.
