I created and led the HSE function on a multi billion pound Nuclear New Build programme. Turned a poor performing (H&S) business into a world leading. Noted as best in class health and safety performance, recording zero harm year on year. Devised customs and practices, modernising the MOD defence approach to construction in the nuclear sector.
