April 2019 to May 2023. I created and led the MEH Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Functions for an Alliance comprised of 4 Major Contractors and the Client. Achieved 4-year ZERO Harm. I led the MEHA HSE Functional activities to ensure the MEHA set and maintained excellence in HSE. Advising the JV Board, the MEH Alliance manager on HSE performance, providing suitable and timely advice and actions required to mitigate risk. Provide suitable support to other functions within the wider Alliance.
